Alis- Imperium

Since being introduced to Sabina Plamenova under her former alias of Subeena, the UK producer has been flirting within the realms of dubstep and techno. In recent times, however, the  she’s gravitated towards the more vigorous side of house music and through it we’ve seen the emergence of her new side, Alis. She took part in the Don’t Be Afraid Boiler Room takeover in October where you could’ve caught a glimpse of three original tracks that now comprise her newest EP, Azimuth. The release is out via DBA and it’s a synthesis of heavy kicks, persistent elements and her hazy vocals. We’ve previewed the closing track above, and you can listen to the rest of Azimuth here.
